Our studio is in Sarasota at 2030 Harvard St, Unit C. In Bradenton, we provide photography on location at your workplace or another agreed setting.

Choose the session for the images you need, then confirm your Bradenton location and any applicable on-location fees with the studio before booking.

Standard — $225: approximately 30 minutes and one retouched image.

Plus — $345: approximately 60 minutes and three retouched images.

Pro — $445: approximately 90 minutes and five retouched images.

Each employee is photographed individually and receives one retouched headshot. Choose the booking for your confirmed headcount:

5–9 staff — $125 per person.

10–20 staff — $100 per person.

21–30 staff — $85 per person.

Each multi-employee booking collects a $200 reservation deposit toward the project total. Confirm location, final headcount and any additional project costs first. For more than 30 people, contact the studio. A photograph of everyone together is a separate on-location team portrait session.

Every session includes all your unedited proofs as high-resolution downloads, ready the same day, directly after your session, with no watermarks.

Lighting, positioning and expression are carefully guided during the session to create strong photographs in camera. Proofs are unedited photographs; selected retouched images receive the additional finishing included in your package.

For individual headshots, choose your images with us in person for same-day delivery of the finished retouched selections. If you choose later, retouched images are usually delivered within 24–48 hours after you submit your selections.

Finished branding images usually take up to one week, depending on the session. For staff projects, agree the retouched-final deadline with the studio.

Silver — $875: two hours, one location and 10 custom-crafted images.

Gold — $1,499: four hours, three locations and 20 custom-crafted images.

Platinum — $1,995: eight hours, four locations and 30 custom-crafted images.
