Each employee is photographed separately and receives one retouched headshot. Choose the option for your headcount. These are individual employee portraits; a photograph of the team together is a separate service.

How pricing works: The per-person rate applies to your headcount. Each multi-employee calendar collects a $200 reservation deposit toward the project total. Confirm your final roster, location and any additional project costs before booking.

Delivery & future hires
Staff packages include one retouched image per person, in addition to all your unedited high-resolution proofs. Confirm the retouched-final deadline with the studio. Keep an approved reference so future hires can match.

How much do staff headshots cost?
Published staff rates are $125 per person for 5–9 people, $100 per person for 10–20, and $85 per person for 21–30. Confirm location and any additional project costs before booking. A $200 reservation deposit is part of the total, not the full session price.
Can you match our existing company headshots?
Bring an approved image showing the background, lighting and crop. Individual staff matching is $199 and includes one retouched image.
Does everyone receive their own headshot?
Yes. Staff sessions photograph each employee individually and include one retouched image per person. The shared background, lighting and framing create a consistent company look.
What if our team has more than 30 people?
Contact the studio with your roster, location and deadline so we can plan a suitable schedule. We will confirm the scope before a reservation.
