Your provider directory should feel like one team, even when specialties and schedules vary. We can photograph physicians, nurses, therapists, dental staff, and leadership in our Sarasota studio or bring a repeatable headshot setup to your office. We plan the background, crop, lighting, and attire before the first appointment, then guide each person through a short, comfortable session.
For office administrators: reserve a headcount range, coordinate time slots, and tell us which profiles or directories need the files. Your same-day proof gallery lets staff make selections; the included retouched final is prepared after selections. We can match that look for future hires.

On-location add-ons in the scheduler: $100 for Sarasota or Manatee County; $150 for Hillsborough, Pinellas, or Charlotte County. A group portrait is a separate booking. For more than 30 people, multiple offices, or a smaller team, contact us for a tailored plan.
Make the photo day easy
Choose a visual standard. Agree on white coats, scrubs, or professional clothing and a consistent background. Therapists may prefer an approachable business-casual look.
Schedule short appointments. We work around the practice day, direct each person, and review images as we go.

Individual headshots for physicians and healthcare professionals
A current portrait helps patients recognize the person they will meet. We photograph doctors, dentists, therapists, PAs, NPs, executives, and new providers with guided posing, instant image review, and natural hand retouching. Every individual session includes all session images, full print rights, and same-day delivery. The number of hand-retouched final images depends on the package.

ERAS and medical residency headshots
Your application photo should look like you on a strong, professional day. A Standard session is the straightforward choice for one finished portrait; choose Plus if you also want a distinct profile or white-coat look. Tell us when booking that your headshot is for ERAS, and bring the current instructions for your application pathway.
For current MyERAS residency applications, the AAMC lists JPG/JPEG or PNG, a file no larger than 150 KB, and a face centered in the photo. Its residency documents guidance also lists 2.5 × 3.5 inches at 150 dpi. Fellowship and IMG submission routes can differ, so we will export to the requirements you provide. Read AAMC photo guidance.
What to bring: interview-appropriate clothing, a pressed alternate coat if you want another look, your deadline, and the upload instructions. We help with posture, expression, crop, and file export. No photograph can determine a residency outcome, but you can submit a clean, current image that represents you well.

Can you photograph our team at our office?
Yes. We bring a consistent lighting and background setup to medical and dental offices. Select the appropriate location add-on in the scheduler and contact us about multiple offices or unusual travel.
How do you keep provider photos consistent?
We plan the lighting, background, framing, and clothing direction together. A reference image helps us match the approved style when a future hire joins.
Will finished staff headshots arrive the same day?
Staff packages include a same-day proof gallery for selections. The retouched final images follow after those selections are made. Individual headshot packages list same-day delivery.
Do you photograph people who dislike being on camera?
Yes. Michael guides posture and expression throughout the session, and you can review images as we shoot instead of guessing how they look.
What should we wear?
Choose clean, well-fitted clothing that reflects how patients see you. Physicians and dentists may use a white coat, scrubs, or professional attire; therapists often prefer a warm business-casual look. For a team, agree on the coat or scrub approach and a color palette in advance.
